Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Alilo AI device to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process: To start a return, contact us at kidaliloaiss7@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping:

• Defective/Damaged Items: We cover the return shipping costs.
• Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
